On a personal note, I am a proud wife and mother to four amazing young men. Originally from Nebraska, I moved to Colorado for college, where I met my husband, Pete, on our very first day. Now, after 32 years of shared life and adventure, we continue to thrive together. Whether I’m seeking solace in the mountains or simply enjoying the peace of my back patio, nature is my refuge. It reminds me that, much like the changing seasons, our bodies and minds need attention and care to flourish.
